We will uphold the Guarantees listed on this Agreement or you have the right to request a full refund within 1 year from the original installation date, and have us remove the system at no cost to you.

System Performance Guarantee

We guarantee that on a 0 degree day your new furnace will heat your home to 70 degrees at the thermostat. We guarantee a 20 degree differential from the outside air temperature down to 75 degrees on the thermostat. If your new system does not perform to these specifications, we will make the proper adjustments to the system until it does.

$250 Emergency Service Guarantee

If your new equipment fails, and we are unable to have someone from our company to your home within 24 hours, we will write you a check for $250.

Home Protection Guarantee

We guarantee that our technicians will take precautions to avoid causing any damage while in your home. In the rare instance there is an accident, we will have the item that was damaged professionally repaired or replaced.

No Lemons Guarantee

If the heat exchanger in your new furnace fails for any reason, we will replace the heat exchanger at no cost to you. If the compressor in your new air conditioner fails three times in the first 10 years, we will replace the unit at no cost to you.

We guarantee our heating and air technicians will not smoke or swear in your home; will be drug-free, will wear shoe covers; and will clean their work area before leaving your home.
